This smoke-free 2021 Forest River Hyperlite is built to sleep three comfortably as advertised, but we have slept four adults using an additional folding cot. Dinette could easily fit 2 small children to sleep four easily. Pet friendly as you can see in the photos. Our dogs are hypoallergenic and we will deep clean after all renters in case anyone does have animal allergies like us. Comes with everything needed for camping (or glamping)! Only need to bring food/drinks and clothes! Excellent for a couples getaway or small family. This is a great alternative to a hotel or cabin. 30amp hookup, separate gray tanks for kitchen sink and bathroom. Full-sized roomy bathroom!!!! A/C and heater work great. 49 gallon fresh water tank as well as city water hookup. Electric fireplace adds a nice cozy feel while relaxing in the two recliners. Dual propane tanks will last even in winter for heating and stove. Outdoor shower head in back for washing off sand/dirt on your bikes, shoes or beach items. Long slide out includes dinette and two recliners. Both 30amp and 50amp (with step down connectors) Watchdog EPO and 30 amp extension cords included. Allows for safe usage of all electronics including laptops, gaming systems. Bluetooth stereo with outdoor speakers as well. Separate outside mountable smart tv included for a total of 3 smart tvs. Amenities include: upgraded queen (Rv short) mattress with plush topper, K-cup coffee maker, assorted coffees, milk frothing machine, mini George Forman grill for quick and simple indoor burgers, Ninja Foodie air fryer/oven, 2 cup rice cooker, good sized refrigerator/ freezer, outdoor refrigerator, outside Coleman propane dual burner grill, small plastic table used for cooking or eating, picnic table (usually at every campsite) seat covers, bed linens. Hotel type items such as: coffee, assorted creamers, coffee syrups, mini soap/shampoo/lotion, All basic kitchen utensils included (as well as disposable so you don’t have to do dishes!). Basic spices, salt and pepper included. Ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise, sugar, artificial sweeteners. We are here to make this as easy as possible. Indoor refrigerator/freezer functional while towing (powered by included 12V battery which is charged when plugged into vehicle or shore line), portable dump tank (when sewer hookup not at site). Optional items for rent include: chairs, dog beds, dog fence, 9’x18’ outdoor rug (same size as awning), Premium 48v golf cart, 1 e-bike, hammock (with poles, or can be tree mounted), portable gas fireplace, blowup 2-person kayak.
