As avid travelers, we provide a comprehensive training on the RV before you depart to help make sure you are all prepared for your adventure! This meticulously maintained 2022 Jayco motor coach has a comfortable layout for couples or the whole family. The sleeping options include a queen bed, two bunk beds, pull out couch, dinette, cabin bunk. It is decked out with a farm house style interior, modern kitchen, and spacious bathroom that will make you feel right at home! TV, board games, grill, and camping chairs, are also included to get your adventure started! We have outfitted our motor home for couples and families. It's simple to operate. If you can drive a pickup truck, you can drive this. If not, your wife or kids will tell you how to drive it: (Do you have to get so close to the yellow line? Why are you driving so close to the edge of the road? Don’t you think you should turn on your lights? Don’t go so fast? This is taking forever. Are you trying to hit every pothole? Did you see that beautiful mountain over there? Hey! Don’t take your eyes off of the road. You’re going to miss your turn! Don’t you think you should get over in the other lane!) And just wait until they are directing you how to backup into your campsite! In all seriousness, this is an incredible, simple RV. Clean, well maintained with all the comforts of home. Our RV is not complicated so you can spend more time having fun rubbing each other down with mosquito repellent and playing fruit fly badminton and less time setting up and tearing down. Pets welcome with pet cleaning fee of $150 Renter should bring: • Personal toiletries • Extra blankets if using additional sleeping areas • Food and beverages • Personal items • Giggles, snuggles, chortles, hee-haws and raucous laughter. Recommendations State Parks are a big bang for the buck. Most campgrounds have water and electricity. Some have sewer, too, but most of the time, you'll have to access the park dump. Often state parks have hiking, fishing, swimming pools, access to rivers and lake. Some even have golf.
