Fenced ramp deck to keep the kiddos safe and screened to keep the bugs out. 2 folding indoor chairs, board games and everything you need to cook your meals included. 1 folding double wide outdoor chair, bbq grill, table, cocktail table, folding trash can, fishing pole rack and some outdoor toys also included. 30AMP outlet required for A/C, microwave, heater blower and outlets - cord included for hookup. No smoking or vaping of any kind. No pets. Food and clothes are all you need to pack, Tow your boat and I’ll bring the camper to your campsite!
