FULL-SIZE bunks, electric awning, outdoor kitchen, quick connect for grills, FULL-size fridge, WIFI booster, 32" Smart TV able to listen through camper speakers, Bluetooth radio, sink in the bathroom, electric jack, electric stabilizers!!! SLEEPS: 6 adults but will sleep more with smaller children. Queen bed with a new memory foam topper, table folds to twin bed, and a set of FULL bunk beds. Includes sheets, pillows, towels, & blankets. AMENITIES: TV with an antenna, WIFI booster, full-size fridge, gas stove, microwave, indoor blue-tooth radio with USB, k-cup & single-serve coffee maker. The outdoor kitchen includes a stove and fridge. There is also quick connect gas for your outdoor grill. AWNING: electric awning use allowed with caution and deposit INCLUDED: kettle, cutting board, pots, pans, bowls, cups, plates & basic utensils. Dishrag, paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, sponge, hand soap, cleaning supplies, trash bags, & tank treatment. You will need to supply your own- firewood, charcoal, paper plates, etc DELIVERY: Delivery, setup, take down, empty tanks MUST ASK FOR AVAILABILITY BEFORE RESERVATIONS due to work schedule up to 20 miles -May deliver longer distances depending on dates & location TOWING: 7- way connector, 2-5/16 ball, Trailer weighs 3800 lbs, Hitch 520 lbs, GVWR 4520 lbs. Bluetooth Trailer brake controller provided if needed. A trailer brake controller is required. DRY CAMPING: GENERATOR REQUIRED -If you do not have one you must rent ours. Prefer your site to have electricity and water. But if not just know- Freshwater tank holds 27 gallons, gray water tank holds 30 gallons, the black tank holds 30 gallons. The fridge can run on propane/ electric. The stove, hot water heater, and furnace run on propane. AC runs on 30+ amp electricity only.
