SLEEPS: 7 adults~ Queen bed with new memory foam topper, table folds to twin bed with air mattress for added comfort, and a set of FULL bunk beds. Includes sheets, pillows, towels, & blankets. AMENITIES: 2 smart TVs with antenna and cable hook up, full size fridge, gas stove and oven, microwave, indoor radio, single serve coffee maker. Outdoor kitchen includes stove, sink and fridge. Outdoor shower. There is also quick connect gas for your outdoor grill. INCLUDED: 6 camping chairs, 10x10 pop up canopy, kettle, cutting board, dishes & basic utensils. Cleaning supplies and linens. Propane tank that doesn't have to be refilled. Fresh water tank holds 38gal, gray water tank holds 39gal, black tank holds 39gal. The fridge can run on propane/ electric. The stove, hot water heater, and furnace run on propane.
