We have 12 campers from 18ft -33ft located in Sevierville TN Comes with just about everything you would need to start your camping trip including dishes, cleaning supplies, linens, outdoor chairs, and all hook ups. FULL-SIZE bunks, electric jack, awning, and slide out U-Dinette, outdoor kitchen, quick connect for grills, FULL size fridge, 32" Smart TV in living room and one in Queen room, sink in the bathroom, and outdoor shower. SLEEPS: 7 adults~ Queen bed with new memory foam topper, table folds to twin bed with air mattress for added comfort, and a set of FULL bunk beds. Includes sheets, pillows, towels, & blankets. AMENITIES: 2 smart TVs with antenna and cable hook up, full size fridge, gas stove and oven, microwave, indoor radio, single serve coffee maker. Outdoor kitchen includes stove, sink and fridge. Outdoor shower. There is also quick connect gas for your outdoor grill. INCLUDED: kettle, cutting board, dishes & basic utensils. Cleaning supplies and linens. Propane tank that doesn't have to be refilled. You will need to supply your own- firewood, charcoal, paper plates, etc DELIVERY: Delivery includes set up and take down with flexible schedule Delivery is not allowed in the National Park. Ex. OFF GRID CAMPING (No electric or water connection available at the campsite) : A generator is required to keep the battery charged. -If you do not have one you may rent ours. Fresh water tank holds 38gal, gray water tank holds 39gal, black tank holds 39gal. The fridge can run on propane/ electric. The stove, hot water heater, and furnace run on propane.
