The camper comes with a mini split with heat pump so you get good A/C & Heat if necessary. The water heater is a tankless water heater so, as long as propane is full, you’ll never run out of hot water! The refrigerator is Propane/Electric. Big enough for the weekend groceries. Inside is a small freezer compartment. Camping chairs will be included (x3) as well as all linens and pillows! Propane bottle will be full (20lb) Pets are welcome. 50lbs or less, 2 MAX. Damages are the guests responsibility.
