It comes with many features and amenities: * 15ft power awning * Queen bed with 4 inch memory foam mattress topper for extra comfort * 2 Full bunk beds * Big inside shower *kitchen dinette area the folds out to a full size bed * Indoor audio system that is Bluetooth enabled * LED lights inside and outside for nighttime camping * 32 inch tv * 2 burner stove-top and oven *Microwave We provide a full list of amenities as well: * Pots and pans * Silverware, cooking utensils, cutting knives, and cutting board * Plates, cups, and bowls * Coffee maker (filters provided) **Bring your own linens and towels, or there is an option to add linens for a small fee We can provide delivery and setup in San Antonio/new braunfels and surrounding areas up to 155 miles for $100 and up which includes trailer retrieval after your stay. If you plan on towing, you can easily use a full size SUV or 1/2 ton pickup with a towing capacity of at least 6000lb GVWR, 7 pin trailer connector, and trailer brake system. The camper is light-weight and easy to pull. We are glad that you have chosen to use our travel trailer. May your trip be enjoyable. To ensure that those who use the trailer (use and others) are able to continue to use the trailer in good condition we require the following: NO SMOKING AND NO PETS in the trailer. If evidence of smoking or pets in the trailer, the deposit will not be returned. Only use RV-approved toilet paper in the toilet or dispose of toilet paper in a trash bag. Regular toilet paper will clog the toilet and the renter will be responsible for damages. $200.00... One roll of complimentary toilet paper will be provided... Mandatory cleaning fee must be added to every rental…trailer is cleaned before and after each rental… cleaning fee added prior to booking The gray and black water tanks must be cleaned prior to returning the trailer or a portion of the deposit will be used to clean the tanks. $50 The propane tank must be returned full or a portion of the deposit will be used to refill the tank. $25.00 Inside or outside of trailer or any items within the trailer (including but not limited to: T.V., radio, air conditioner, stove, oven, microwave, beds, showers, toilet, sink, storage areas, awning, propane tank, hitch, tires). - The fee will be determined pending the cost of repair or replacement of item(s). Please submit the requested time of pick up when submitting the request to confirm availability. DROP OFF TIME Must be prior to 3:00 pm. If the travel trailer is not returned, an hourly rate of $15.00 per hour will be charged, unless delivery and pickup is scheduled.
