2018 Highland Ridge RV - Mesa Ridge MR328BHS *~* We are typically very flexible with pickup and drop off times *~* This RV is just like coming home to a spacious cabin. Sleeps 8 but honestly comfortably 6 -7 Adults. We do not allow smoking or vaping inside the camper. Our RV weighs GVWR 10000lbs. Experienced with pulling large trailers is preferred upon booking, but we can make accommodations for delivery. Tow Vehicle must be bigger than a half ton truck. Minimum tow vehicles Ford 250, GM 2500, Dodge 2500 FULLY STOCKED with everything you need for the perfect camping trip, just add the food, beverages, and extra camp chairs and all the family fun!! Complete interior kitchen with sink, electric microwave, full-size fridge/freezer, and propane operated stove & mini oven. Full-size stand-up shower, sink and toilet located within a spacious bathroom. We will also include toilet paper, some cleaning supplies, a vacuum cleaner, RV sewage hose kit, water hoses for drinking water and tank flush, inline water filter, wheel chocks, main power cord and adapter plugs. We do offer full delivery, setup, and return services. We can discuss this case by case. We will provide all the training necessary for basic operation and how to care for the RV and we will always be on call during your travels for additional questions. The RV must be returned in the same condition as when it was left with cleaning being performed before returning. The cleaning fees associated with the rental is for the clean and disinfecting of all surfaces. If is not returned in the same conditions, a cleaning fee of $150 will be deducted from your deposit. *** No Smoking Inside the RV - If you smoke or vape inside the camper, you will forfeit your entire deposit. *** Unit does have an outside kitchen. Linens for each bed provided. 1 towel per bed provided. 1 pillow per bed provided. Utensils provided. Pots pans and plates are provided. Clorox wipes and Dawn dish soap provided. Dish drying rack provided. Wash cloth and towels provided for dishes. Please ask lots of questions. Fridge is a full-size fridge. The unit will need power while not traveling. A battery does come with the unit but if the fridge is on the battery will last 48 hours max.
