This RV had multiple issues that were not disclosed in the listing: the generator and oven did not work, the toilet step would not fully close and caused a bad odor, most blinds were broken, the gas tank was completely empty, and the RV was not properly cleaned. The broken generator was especially difficult because we were without AC for hours while driving in 100°F weather. What was most concerning, however, was the owner’s behavior. He clearly knew the RV had existing problems but intentionally failed to disclose them during our walk-through. When we requested fair compensation for the issues, instead of taking responsibility, he accused us of damaging the blinds and carpet. I had recorded videos documenting their condition before our trip and even after I provided the evidence, he continued looking for other things to blame us rather than admitting that the RV’s pre-existing problems. His behavior was dishonest, evasive, and unprofessional. The RV was not in the condition advertised and could potentially cause a serious safety issue with no power. I would never rent from this owner again.

We highly recommend renting this RV. The RV performed great on our family vacation from Texas to St. Louis, MO. We comfortably sleep 6 people with room to spare. The RV was easy to drive. The owners took time to explain how to use everything and were available to call if we needed help. Overall, a great experience!

Me and some friends rented the RV for our Fantasy draft to go down to Austin. The rv was really nice, clean, and everything functioned well. The drop off and pick up was seamless and the communication was very good. No hidden back end fess that were unexpected. Would recommend and will rent again on our next trip.
