( all beds have upgraded memory foam pads) pull out full size sofa, large fridge inside , smart tvs in every room (3) 1 roomy bathroom, all liens and towels provided. Paper goods, basic spices, toiletries, trashbags, kurig and/or coffee pot. Small fridge outside with gas grill, all outdoor mats ,chairs, folding table included. Tons of indoor and outdoor storage to decrease clutter and lock up things when away. Please just ask if you would like anything added to make your packing light and trip more comfortable.
