Brand new 44’ fifth wheel toy hauler rent this for when you have extra family in town or if you want to spend a week at the dunes has 2 bathrooms so you won’t be interrupted at night when other guests need to use the restroom. the garage is 14’ long which will fit most of the side by sides on the market right now
This trailer is perfect for the family. The queen bed has its own bedroom with a slider door. The bunks are full-size beds. The table can also turn into a bed. This trailer has only been used a few times and feels new. Very light and can be pulled with a half-ton truck. I will also deliver to surrounding areas if you would like me to set up at your campground. The kitchen comes fully stocked. Bedding can also be provided upon request. The outdoor kitchen is also perfect for cooking bacon outside in the morning. This trailer will not disappoint.

The back bunks work great for extra storage. This unit does not have an oven. It has two stove top burners and a microwave. You can rent a camp stove if need be. It has a shower and a toilet. All dishes, coffee pot, cooking utensils, and silverware are on board. Bedding for all beds and a set of towels for six. Just bring your food and clothes and bathroom essentials. You can pick it up or we can deliver. We do allow your furry friend. There is a pet deposit. You will need to bring a kennel if you plan on leaving your pet unattended. Pets are not allowed on the furniture and there is no smoking allowed. If there is an odor of pets or smoke your security deposit will be forfeited. Dry weight is 3500 lbs. Depending on passengers and cargo most vehicles with a 5000 lb. towing capacity should be able to tow this trailer with ease. You will need a tow package on your vehicle that includes a trailer brake controller, 2 5/16” receiver and a 7 way plug. And remember, if you don’t have this equipped on your vehicle or don’t feel comfortable towing a trailer, I can always deliver to a nearby location. Two recliners in front of a nice size window. Seats are gray vinyl easy to wipe clean,Beautiful electric fireplace that changes colors, vinyl wood floors, hideaway pantry, plenty storage inside. Stocked with dishes and cooking utensils. Linen provided as well. Outside is a shower and two outdoor grills one is to cook on, the other is a small bbq pit.
