You will enjoy the ability to “go off grid” for a few days with this self-contained RV or pull into an established RV park, hook up and enjoy, weather you love the mountains, the beach, or the desert this RV does it all. For major event use there is an increased fee. This RV will sleep 6 people. There is a power awning to provide shade with LED lighting. The kitchen is stocked with plates, bowls, silverware, pots, pans, and cooking utensils. The queen bed is made with clean linens for you to enjoy, new matters installed 7/2022. Take a hot shower and dry off with the clean towels provided. The kitchen as a countertop stove, a microwave, sink and a RV size refrigerator to keep all your food cold. AC /heater to control the climate inside the RV while camping. There is a TV with a DVD player, “who has DVD’s anymore ?” Custom pull out grill, 2 zero gravity chairs, 2 folding chairs both with folding drink/phone holder, items to hook up at camp with hook ups, 4K generator for primitive camp sites.

We provide dish & hand towels, oversized bath towels, cutlery and cookware, plus dish soap and hand soap. You are responsible for bringing your own bedding. This trailer is great for larger resorts with full hookup sites. Some features of this unit won't work while dry camping, such as the outdoor refrigerator. We do have a 3500 Watt generator that is available at extra cost if you're planning on dry camping. We don’t typically charge a cleaning fee as long as you try your best to leave the trailer like you found it…Extra dirty returns will incur a $250 cleaning fee. (Excessive Sand, Mud, Spills, Stains, Scratches, Trash and Improper Use of Black Tank) If the Trailer and/or the contents in the Trailer at the time of the delivery orientation are damaged during your rental period, you are responsible to pay all damage costs whether you were at fault or not or if damage was caused by acts of nature (wind, rain, earthquake, fire, flood, etc). The trailer awnings do not like wind. It is your responsibility to retract the awning even in the mildest windy conditions. If an accident occurs, you are responsible for obtaining a police report, contacting the other party’s insurance company, and contacting us ASAP.
