This is a nice new clean camper and the interior will be thoroughly cleaned between each rental. Great camper for a long weekend or a few weeks! Two 25 ft drinking water hoses, one 25 foot non potable water hose, 40 feet of sewer hose, all necessary extension cords and adapters to use any generator or campsite power source. Bring your own king size sheets for the bed or rent from us. Two mattresses and bunk platform if you want to use the bunk beds. Dinette and couch both convert into a bed. King bed in the bedroom sleeps two adults, dinette sleeps two kids or one adult, couch laid out sleeps two kids or one adult. Two bunks will sleep two adults or four kids total. We just took this camper on an over 7000 mile road trip without any issues. We upgraded to a heavier load range tire so blowouts will be unlikely. this camper towed nicely through the rocky mountains and has plenty of space for your family and pups. If you are not comfortable towing use my delivery and setup services. If you plan on towing plan to use at least a half ton truck or full size SUV. You can use my weight distribution hitch and I will set up for you. If you plan on going out west to the rockies or driving through heavy wind like the great plains a 3/4 ton truck or suburban/excursion is recommended.

2020 Heartland Pioneer BH270 ~Make yourself at home in our home away from home.- * Queen-sized bed, * 2 - double bunk beds * Fold out sofa * Dinette conversion that is a full size. The kitchen has three burners, oven and microwave with a refrigerator and freezer combo. Unit is throughly cleaned and sanitized after every use. All linens and towels are washed after each use. All dishes, utensils, and glasses are properly sanitized after each use. The bathroom has the toilet, shower tub combo and a vanity. Plenty of storage and there are two smart TVs, one located in the bedroom and one in the main area. There is an outdoor "shower" which just means there is cold and hot water located on the exterior of the RV that has a hose for washing off boots, gear, or kids.... It sleeps 6 in real beds. Has fold out couch - double and dinette- full to sleep more if needed. No smoking. We do allow dogs BUT they MUST be left in a crate if left alone. No grooming or bathing the dog/dogs in the RV. Shelter kept 26 foot Coachmen Freedom Express. I rent about eight times a year so it is in great shape. No slide. Sleeps two adults in queen bed and two kids in bunks or dinette bed. More than four gets crowded but it is doable. I offer a coleman camp stove for outside cooking.

Jayco 242 BHS Very nice well kept 2019 Jayco 242 BHS Bunkhouse Travel Trailer. Camper was placed into service in June 2022. The camper is in immaculate condition on the inside as it was only used a handful of times by the previous owners. Comfortable King size bed upgrade! - see photos! Camper has a big U shaped dinette that slides out for a spacious living area, King size mattress in the bedroom with a small corner covered by a cabinet and two double bunks. This RV has heat and A/C, oversized 20ft awning, radio and bluetooth system, TV (wifi connection needed to stream), and small outdoor kitchen with fridge, ice maker, burner, and wash bowl. Your stay will come with outdoor chairs for two adults and two kids. Please check out our outdoor add-on! The spacious kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator/freezer, microwave, three burner stove, oven, large sink, coffee maker, toaster, and dinnerware/flatware. The dinette breaks down into a bed that sleeps two children and the jackknife sofa sleeps another two children. Sleep comfortably on the queen size bed in your private room. RV comes stocked with bed linens for the bedroom and four towels but please bring your own pillows and bedding for any children. We deliver and setup so that your only concern is having fun! Our "Adventure Minnie" has been our vacation home on wheels and has allowed us to travel unrestricted to experience amazing parts of the country and now we want to share that experience with you!
