We like the sofa/murphy combo because it provides a comfortable place to lounge if the weather isn't cooperative or if you want to watch a movie. The Murphy bed is very easy to set up or stow and the sheets and blankets can be left in place while stowed. We love our fur babies and are dog friendly. (Only dogs since we are allergic to cats). No extra rent if you want to bring your dogs, but there is a pet cleaning fee of $25, a 2 dog max, and you have to bring your own linens. The trailer is outfitted with all of the comforts of home, including a microwave oven, refrigerator/freezer combo, a cooktop, oven and Keurig coffee maker. Perfect for first time campers that want to try it for the first time, leaving the tent at home or the seasoned camper. This RV is great for a quick and easy vacation getaway or long trip. It does sleep 5 with a large bed in front and 2 bunks in back and a dinette that makes into a bed. It comes furnished with most everything needed for a fun and relaxing trip. Inside the RV is queen bed with 2 in mattress topper. All beds have sheets, pillows and comforters. Towels and washcloths are included. The following are also included: 19 in TV with DVD player, microwave, Kuerig coffee maker (with some coffee, hot chocolate and tea pods), regular coffee maker, waffle maker, 4 qt crock pot, elec can opener, blender,toaster, pots and pans, mitts, silverware, knives and assortment of utensils Some kids games. A complete list of all items will be sent before rental. Outside items include the speakers, awning, four camping chairs, 2 kids chairs, 10x10 popup shelter,extension cords, hoses, kids balls such as football, soccer, wiffle ball and more. An outside oven with burners and a grill also come with it if you need it. Special RV toilet paper is provided and ask that it is the only paper used. Two slides expand to create a huge area for the kids. You can have 4 bunks or 3 bunks and Queen mattress. Plenty of storage along with a 32 in tv, DVD and AC in bunk room and living area. Take out the whole family and have a home away from home. This trailer could sleep as many as 11 people. The couch and table both turn into a full bed. Kitchen is full of storage with bins underneath furniture. Fridge is a nice size. Also has a 40 in TV with DVD over the fireplace. Master bedroom has an upgraded queen mattress and storage on both sides as well as underneath bed. Cabinets let you have access for using a CPAP machine. Outside is a kitchen equipped with a fridge sink and grill and listen to music on the outside speakers. Comes fully equipped with bedding for master and bunkroom. Appliances like Keurig, coffee maker, toaster, silverware ,cups and plates are also included. Comforters, sheets and pillows for each bed are provided. Also, Towels and wash cloths. Sturdy steps lead into main living area. Notice the large slide out for the sofa and large U-shaped dinette. Both can convert into a queen size bed that can sleep two each. The entertainment system features a 50 in TV with a Blu Ray DVD attached. The radio/stereo system has both inside and outside speakers and have USB and Bluetooth. The kitchen area has plenty of storage and a deep seated stainless steel sink with pull down faucet. It has a 3 burner stove along with an oven, microwave and nice size refrigerator. The bunkroom has slide out and 2nd air-conditioning unit. It has a 24 in TV with a DVD. The other twin top bunk folds up to make couch. Sheet, pillows and comforters for the beds are provided. The half-bath is next to the bunkhouse and includes the second entry/ exit door to the trailer. Up front is the main bathroom with a nice size shower. The half bath is located by the bunkroom and can be accessed by the hallway and other door. The main bedroom is accessed through a hallway door for privacy. It has a Queen bed with 6in memory foam mattress Linens, pillows and comforter provided. Enjoy your meals under the lighted awning or 10x10 canopy provided. I provide a Weber grill with one bottle of propane. I have six adult mesh chairs and two kids chairs. Outside kitchen has a griddle, sink and small fridge. ***This trailer has two air conditioning units and is 50 amp. If your campground only has 30 amp or you just want a 30 amp space that is no problem. It will run everything on trailer except the master AC.* The RV is 37 ft. so when booking spot or parking make sure your spot can handle that length. I am flexible on Delivery and Pickup times. It coms equipped with a Keurig, regular coffee maker, toaster, waffle maker, blender, plastic cups and plates and silverware. Comforters, sheets and pillows for each bed.
