These are the things we expect our renters to take care when they return our RV. If you choose to rent our vehicle we like to make sure all of our renters understand what our expectations are so there is no misunderstandings upon return. We expect all these services below to be taken care of by the renter before you return the RV back to us. - Black and grey tanks need to be emptied upon return. - Propane tank needs to be filled. - The fuel tank needs to be filled to what it was when you left (full) - We expect our renters to clean the vehicle inside and out, we will clean bedding/linens. You will be charged a cleaning and dumping fee up front, if the RV is returned clean and emptied these fees will be returned to you. - We also expect our renters to return the unit within our stated time frames that we have outlined in our agreemnet. Please just pay very close attention to these times, that way we don't have any conflicts for our next renters in line.
