Important Notes – Please Read Before Booking To help make your trip smooth and stress-free, here are a few things to keep in mind: 🚐 Fuel & Propane: - The gas tank will be full (91 Gas only) at pick-up, and we kindly ask that it’s returned full. - Please return propane at the same level as received. Refuel fee is $42.00. You are better off prepaying the $30.00. 🧼 Clean & Tidy Return: - We take pride in offering a clean RV and ask that it’s returned inside and out in the same condition to avoid any cleaning or damage fees. - We’ll walk through everything together at pick-up and drop-off and complete a form to protect both sides. 💧 Water Tanks: - Gray and black water tanks will be empty when you pick up the RV—please return them emptied as well. 🚫 Other Guidelines: - No towing is allowed. - Platform insurance is required for all rentals—no exceptions. - Not authorized for Burning Man. - No pets, please – a $300 fee applies for violations. ✨ Have a special request? - We’re happy to help!
