Welcome to our modern luxury family friendly camper. How does space for 5, a power awning with adjustable arms, and a fully stocked kitchen with good coffee sound? You will also find storage for your camping gear and camping chairs. Inside you can sleep on your own queen bed at night, the kids will enjoy having their own top or bottom twin-size bunk, and a full size dinette (our six foot, 17 year old sleeps comfortably) and the shower will keep everyone refreshed for the next activity. And don't forget about the USB charging outlets. This camper is perfect for a first time camper or an experienced one. Our camper comes stocked with cooking and dining equipment, mattress covers, sheets, towels (bath and beach) 3 sleeping bags, coffee pot, cleaning supplies, toilet paper and paper towels, outdoor rug, camp chairs and all necessary equipment for setting up the camper and connecting to the camp utilities. We take care of the set up for you! We provide a full propane tank and don't require you to refill it like many others do. It is up to you to fill it if you run out during your trip though. That only happens on long cold rentals. We will set up and break down for you and your family within a 50 mile radius of Hanover Va. All we ask is that you treat it as your own and leave it better than you found it. We have flexible pickup and drop off times. All we ask is to have advanced notice so we can plan accordingly. OUR CAMPER IS SMOKE FREE. IF YOU SMOKE TOBACCO, MARIJUANA (includes medicinal), VAPE OR ANYTHING LIKE THESE PLEASE DO IT OUTSIDE THE CAMPER.
