SMART COACH - CONTROL4 AND JOSH AI, IF YOU WANT IT
The coach has a full Control4 automation system with Josh AI voice control. Ask for lights, audio, video, or a whole scene and it responds. If that's your thing, there's a crib sheet in the welcome binder and we'll show you the basics at handoff.
If it isn't, ignore it completely. Every light, every switch, every system works by hand exactly like a normal RV. Nothing is locked behind an app or a voice command. It's there as a bonus, not a requirement.
STARLINK INTERNET - EVERYWHERE YOU PARK
Starlink is installed and stays with the coach, so you have real internet at the trailhead, in the campground, and in places where your phone shows one bar or none. Stream, video call, work a full day, upload the photos. No hunting for a cafe, no hotspot that dies in a valley. If you've been putting off a trip because you can't be offline for a week, this is the rig that solves it.
MEET THE BOUNDER - A PROPER HOME ON WHEELS
If you've been picturing an RV trip but weren't sure you wanted to sleep in something the size of a walk-in closet, this is the rig. At just under 34 feet with a full-wall power slide, this Class A gives you standing room, a real kitchen, a real bathroom, and a rear bedroom with a door you can actually close. It's the difference between camping and living out there for a week.
SLEEPS 6, COMFORTABLY
A queen bed in the private rear master with a full closet and mirrored doors, plus a convertible sofa and a dinette that both fold flat for the kids or extra adults. Everyone gets a real bed.
A KITCHEN YOU'LL ACTUALLY COOK IN
Full-size double-door refrigerator and freezer that runs on electric or propane, so your food stays cold whether you're plugged in or boondocking. Three-burner range with an oven, microwave, deep double sink, and real counter and cabinet space.
FULL BATHROOM - NO CAMPGROUND SHOWERS REQUIRED
Separate shower, porcelain flush toilet, vanity sink, medicine cabinet, and a power vent fan. The 10-gallon water heater runs on gas or electric. There's also an onboard washer and dryer, so you can pack light and do laundry on the road.
GO OFF-GRID OR PLUG IN
85 gal fresh / 58 gal gray / 42 gal black tanks with in-dash monitors. Onboard generator plus solar battery charger for AC power anywhere. Roof A/C and furnace, both automatic. 106 lb propane capacity.
EASY TO DRIVE - REALLY
No special license needed. The 6.8L Triton V10 puts out 362 hp through a 5-speed automatic with cruise control, and you get a rear backup camera, power leveling jacks front and rear, and power retractable entry steps. We'll walk you through every system before you pull out, and we're a phone call away the whole trip.
SET UP CAMP IN MINUTES
20-foot power awning with a slide topper, exterior shower for rinsing off sandy feet and muddy boots, exterior flood lights, and 218 cubic feet of pass-through basement storage. Bring the bikes, the chairs, the coolers, the grill, all of it.
WHAT'S INCLUDED
Full kitchen with service for 8 in unbreakable melamine, flatware, chef and prep knives, cutting boards, pots, pans, cast iron, bakeware. Coffee bar with pod machine, frother, electric kettle, and a French press for when the power's off. Outdoor kit with propane grill, grill tools, folding prep table, camp dinnerware, chairs, outdoor mat. Linens and towels for 6, freshly laundered every turnover. All hookup gear including drinking-water hose, pressure regulator, sewer kit, 50-amp surge protector, leveling blocks, wheel chocks. Lanterns, headlamps, and patio lights. First-aid kit, fire extinguishers, tool kit, tire gauge, 12V inflator. Starter consumables: RV-safe toilet paper, tank treatment, paper towels, dish and hand soap, trash bags, coffee.
Bring food, not equipment.
A FEW HOUSE RULES
Pets are welcome. We only ask that they aren't left alone in the coach and that you keep them off the furniture and bedding.
Strictly non-smoking, inside and out. That includes vaping.
Height is 12'10" to the top. Check clearances before you commit to a route, especially on Skyline Drive. Mary's Rock Tunnel at milepost 32.2 clears 12'8", so this coach does not fit. Enter at Front Royal and exit at Thornton Gap, or run the Central and South Districts from Swift Run Gap or Rockfish Gap. The Blue Ridge Parkway is fine throughout Virginia.
GOOD TO KNOW
Sleeps 6. 34 feet long. Control4 and Josh AI. Starlink included. Washer and dryer. Tows up to 5,000 lbs with a receiver hitch. Pet-friendly. Strictly non-smoking. Pickup in The Plains, VA, an hour west of DC on I-66, already pointed at Shenandoah, the Parkway, and Charlottesville.

We've made a lot of good memories in this coach and we keep her clean, serviced, and ready to roll. Message us with your dates and where you're headed and we'll share campground suggestions along your route.
