Our family's trailer is a beautiful RV stocked and ready for all your camping needs. This features a queen bed in the master bedroom, separated from the rest of the RV with two sliding pocket doors. The kitchen is fully functional with an oven, range, fridge, freezer, kitchen sink, and tons of storage. The dining area sits on a single slide out that gives the whole trailer a very open feel. 43" tv in dining/living area. Can be flipped into master. Beyond the kitchen lies two full size bunk beds and a bathroom with shower. This trailer has a 44 gallon fresh water tank. The black and grey water tanks are 30 gallons each. The powered awning gives you an extra 20 feet of shade on the hot summer days. And an electric tongue jack makes for a much easier process of hooking and unhooking.We hope that you enjoy our trailer as much as we do. We hope you have the best RV experience. Bedroom supplies: All beds come with a sheet. Pillows and Blankets available for extra charge. Hookup supplies: We provide all electrical, water and sewer hookup connections. Generator can be provided for extra charge. Other things to note: Tow vehicles must be equipped with a trailer brake controller.. Weight distribution hitch will be provided if you are going to tow the RV yourself. If you are camping without sewer hookups then you will have to dump or we will have to charge $125 fee if brought back without being emptied.
