Ben was an EXCELLENT communicator. He made the entire transaction smooth. The van was spotless inside and out. The supplies left for us definitely helped with our camping trip. We had a great weekend at our family reunion, and it all started with the planning stage. Communication regarding this RV with the host was great. Leaving me to worry about other parts of our trip. For our first time using the site, this experience was great! The host was very attentive to any questions and concerns we had along the way. And the RV was comfortable. We used the RV for sleeping and toilet use only. And so, I think it's fair to note this to avoid giving the impression that the RV was used in its fullest capacity.
