How to get to Eleven Mile State Park

The park is reached via US Highway 24 to County Road 92 south of Lake George, Colorado. Colorado Springs sits roughly 60 miles east (about 1.5 hours) via US 24 over Wilkerson Pass, and Denver is about 100 miles north (2 to 2.5 hours) via US 285 and US 24. RV drivers should plan for sustained mountain grades on Wilkerson Pass and Ute Pass, gusty crosswinds across South Park, and narrow dirt county roads on the final approach to several campgrounds. Colorado Springs Airport is the closest major airport for fly-and-rent trips.
