Garner Lake Provincial Park is located 169 kilometers northeast of Edmonton via Highway 28, approximately 2 hours and 10 minutes by vehicle. From Edmonton, drive northeast on Highway 28 to Smoky Lake, then continue 50 kilometers east and 5 kilometers north to the park entrance at Spedden. The access road is paved and suitable for standard RVs. Edmonton International Airport, approximately 154 kilometers away, is the nearest major airport for fly-and-rent options.
