Shoulder months (April and November) can be wet or icy on the steep access roads, and RV travelers should watch for frost and limited services outside the main season.

The Loyalsock Creek swimming area is a designated natural swim spot in the park's day-use area. Shallow cobble beaches make it family friendly, with RV-accessible parking nearby. Open seasonally in summer.
Canyon Vista is a famous scenic overlook in Loyalsock State Forest just above the park, offering sweeping views of the Loyalsock Creek canyon. It is reached by a forest road with a gravel parking area. The drive-in access makes it feasible for tow vehicles, though the road is unpaved and winding.
The World's End Trail is a short, rugged loop climbing from the park road to rocky overlooks above the creek. Expect steep sections, roots, and rock steps. Trailhead parking accommodates passenger vehicles and small tow vehicles.
The 59-mile Loyalsock Trail passes directly through the park, letting RV campers sample a scenic day-hike section. Terrain is rocky with steep pitches and creek crossings. Park at the day-use area and pick up the trail on foot.
Loyalsock Creek is stocked with trout and fishable under Pennsylvania Fish and Boat Commission rules. The park provides easy walk-in access from the day-use area. A Pennsylvania fishing license is required.
Loyalsock Creek is a classic Pennsylvania whitewater run during spring snowmelt and after heavy rain. The park is a common put-in or take-out point. Conditions are for experienced paddlers; check current flow before launching.
Shaded picnic tables, grills, and restrooms line the creek in the park's day-use zone. It is a convenient stop for RV travelers touring the Endless Mountains. Paved pull-offs make it accessible for larger vehicles.
The surrounding Loyalsock State Forest offers quiet backroad drives through hardwood forest, with overlooks, waterfalls, and trailheads. Most paved routes handle tow vehicles well. Some forest roads are gravel and not recommended for larger RVs.
Great rental with a lot of “extras”. Clear and easy communication. Would recommend!!

Worlds End State Park, PA, United States
The park sits near Forksville, Pennsylvania, about a 45 to 60 minute drive from Williamsport (roughly 40 miles south and west) and about 1 hour 45 minutes from Wilkes-Barre or Scranton. Access is via PA Route 154, which includes steep grades, sharp curves, and narrow sections as it drops into the Loyalsock Creek gorge, so larger RVs should plan routes carefully and use low gears on descents. There are no tunnels on the approach, but mountain driving skills are needed. The nearest major airport for fly-and-rent trips is Williamsport Regional Airport (IPT), with larger service at Wilkes-Barre/Scranton International (AVP).
