I don't usually take the time to write reviews, but this experience truly deserves one. We rented Matt's 30-foot Grand River travel trailer, and everything exceeded our expectations. The trailer was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, spacious, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing camping trip. It honestly felt like bringing the comforts of home into the great outdoors. What made the experience even better was Matt himself. He is one of the kindest, most honest, and easiest people to deal with. From the very beginning, he responded quickly to every question, explained everything clearly, and made the entire rental process smooth and stress-free. You can genuinely tell that he cares about his renters and wants them to have the best possible experience. It's rare to find someone who provides not only an excellent travel trailer but also outstanding customer service. Matt goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect, and that level of dedication truly sets him apart. If you're looking for a clean, reliable, and beautiful travel trailer with an owner you can completely trust, I highly recommend renting from Matt. I will definitely rent from him again in the future and will gladly recommend him to my family, friends, and coworkers. Richie was great! The RV was super nice and perfect for a small group. The resort is incredible with multiple beaches, mini golf, an arcade, restaurants, etc - you literally don't have to leave! The golf cart was a must to get around so I definitely recommend including it. I would happily stay here again!
