This hybrid trailer offers "glamping" at its best - RV experience with 3 tip-out beds that keeps the internal space open and available for use. Modern amenities yet still feels like you are camping. This trailer is perfect for young families or adult getaways. Dogs are welcome and includes a leash-latch on the outside of the door. It is no smoking unit AND very clean (still smells new). 22-ft Travel Trailer - easy to tow solid, compact unit, double axle and anti-sway bar hitch system for extra towing safety. Trailer hitch, 7-pin trailer connector required for towing Back-up camera. SLEEPING AREAS - Each tip-out bed provides enough sleeping space for two adult-sized people. Solid base and tent- like top with zipped screens to vent. Interior table and bench seating also converts to another single sleeping space. Internal curtains for privacy too. SITE FEATURES - Power hookup capable for 15/30 amp hookup at campsites. - Fresh water holding tank, hot water tank and pump as well as city water hookup. - Large outdoor powered awning to provide shaded outdoor sitting space. INTERNAL FEATURES: - Gas cooktop with two-burners, kitchen sink, refrigerator, freezer and microwave oven. - Private bathroom with flush toilet, sink, cabinet, mirror & shower. - Air conditioning /heating unit. - Internal lights, electrical sockets and USB ports to plug in devices. - Fire extinguisher and first aid kit. - Screen door Indoor inclusions ready for you: - Fully equipped kitchen with cooking pots, pans & utensils. - Electric kettle, toaster and drip coffee machine. - Plates, bowls, cups, mugs, all cutlery. Foil, food wrap, storage containers and ice trays. - Dish drying rack, dish soap, sponges, tea towels. - 2 x electric tabletop fans. - Bathroom will include a few rolls of toilet paper to start. - Bedding will have mattress covers on each of the mattresses, but please bring your own linen or sleeping bags and pillows. Outdoor inclusions we offer for your enjoyment (if you would like to include them): - Folding outdoor table - 4 x outdoor chairs - 2 x "zero-gravity" fold-up recliner chairs (perfect for afternoon naps) - Outdoor propane travel BBQ with propane tank - Two-ring portable tabletop burner with gas bottles - 2 x 8-foot single-seat kayaks with paddles and range of life jackets. (We try to make the kayaks as available as possible but there are times in the summer when they are being used by family. Please inquire about the availability of these during your booking.) What you need to bring: - Your own food and drinking water supply. - Towels, pillows, sleeping bags and/or bedding sheets and covers. - Additional toilet paper. Lastly, we have a toolkit included for the trailer that includes all power cables and water hoses necessary for hookups, leveller and tire-irons for adjusting level of trailer, emptying hoses for black and grey water tank, fire starter cubes, marshmallow roasting forks (gotta have s'mores!), BBQ kit (spatula, tongs, fork). We have included everything we use when we travel so hopefully this helps you!
