22 foot Travel Trailer that is very easy to tow and has a double axle. Our trailer hitch system includes anti-sway bars that we had installed for extra travel safety, however it is not necessity if the hitch you want to use does not. If using your own trailer hitch, you must have a 7-pin trailer connector to run travel electrics. This trailer offers a great hybrid between camping and an RV experience. It is a solid, compact unit when towing but then opens up to have 3 x "tipouts" each with a soft tent-style top and solid bottom. Each tipout tent provides enough sleeping space for two adult-sized people. Interior table and bench seating also converts to another single sleeping space. This trailer is perfect for both young families or adult getaways. Dogs are welcome as there is also a leash-latch on the outside of the trailer for your pets. Please no smoking inside the trailer. Other interior features include: Gas cooktop with two-burners, kitchen sink, private bathroom with flush toilet, sink & shower, refrigerator, microwave, air conditioner and heating unit. Plenty of power sockets to plug in devices both inside as well as on the exterior of the trailer. Power hookup capable for 15/30 amp hookup at campsites, fresh water holding tank as well as city water hookup capable, hot water heater and internal pump. Large outdoor powered awning to provide shaded outdoor sitting space. Interior inclusions ready for you: Fully equipped kitchen with cooking pots and pans, electric kettle and toaster, plates, bowls, cups, mugs, all cutlery, dish drying rack, dish soap, sponges, tea towels. Tassimo coffee machine and coffee plunger. Bathroom will include a few rolls of toilet paper to start. Bedding will have mattress covers on each of the three tipout mattresses, but please bring your own linen or sleeping bags and pillows.
