His instructions were clear. He answered questions easily and in good time. He was also flexible. It was clear he wanted us to have a good time. The RV itself was by far the best we have ever rented. It was well stocked with camping essentials. The queen size Murphy bed was extremely comfortable. The bathroom was a good size, including the shower. The double sink and large counter area made food prep very easy. The driver and passenger seats were comfortable. I cannot say enough positive about this experience and highly recommend both Félix and his RV.
