Campgrounds and RV parks near Saint-Faustin-Lac-Carré, QC

Saint-Faustin-Lac-Carré, officially renamed Mont-Blanc, sits in the Laurentides region of Quebec along Route 117, roughly midway between Sainte-Agathe-des-Monts and Mont-Tremblant. The village is the closest community to the La Diable sector of Parc national du Mont-Tremblant, the oldest national park in Quebec and a 1,510-square-kilometre territory of lakes, rivers, and rounded Laurentian peaks managed by Sépaq. RV travellers have a clear split to choose from. Private grounds in and around the village, including Domaine Desjardins and Camping Du Domaine Lausanne, lean toward serviced sites suitable for trailers and motorhomes, with reservations made directly with the operator. Inside the national park, Camping De La Diable and the Lac Chat campground at Mont-Tremblant Provincial Park offer hundreds of rustic, two-service, and three-service sites along Lacs Monroe, Chat, and Escalier. Slightly farther west, Camping Parc La Conception sits along the Rivière Rouge corridor. Highway 117 keeps access simple from Montréal.

Sites inside Parc national du Mont-Tremblant, including Lac Chat and the broader Camping De La Diable network, are reserved through Sépaq at sepaq.com or by phone at 1-800-665-6527. Summer campground bookings for Quebec national parks typically open in early November the year before the stay, and popular waterfront and three-service sites can disappear within minutes. A virtual waiting room with randomized priority queues is used at booking launch to spread demand. Canoe-camping and group sites must be booked by phone. Daily park access can be added up to 30 days before arrival. Private operators such as Domaine Desjardins, Camping Du Domaine Lausanne, and Camping Parc La Conception take reservations directly through their own websites or by phone.
