Campgrounds and RV parks near Saint-Jules, QC

Saint-Jules is a small parish municipality in the Beauce-Centre regional county, in Quebec's Chaudière-Appalaches region, roughly 25 km northwest of Saint-Georges. The surrounding area is rural and rolling, with sugar bushes, farmland, and the Bras Saint-Victor river forming the southeastern boundary of the municipality. For RV travellers, the village itself is small, so most camping options sit in nearby Beauce communities or around Grand lac Saint-François, the third-largest lake south of the St. Lawrence. Close-in private options include Camping La Roche Dor in Notre-Dame-des-Pins, a family campground in the Chaudière River valley along Route du Président-Kennedy, and Camping Parc De La Chaudiere in Scott, on the banks of the Chaudière River south of Quebec City. About an hour west, Parc national de Frontenac (operated by Sépaq) anchors a cluster of provincial-park sites including Baie aux Rats Musques - Frontenac Provincial Park in the Saint-Daniel sector and Baie Sauvage - Frontenac Provincial Park in the Southern sector, plus Camping Luciole for travellers wanting a quieter rural base.

Reservation systems split by operator. Sépaq runs all camping at Parc national de Frontenac, including Baie aux Rats Musques - Frontenac Provincial Park and Baie Sauvage - Frontenac Provincial Park. Sites are booked through the Sépaq reservation platform online or by phone at 1-800-665-6527, and a daily park access fee applies on top of the site fee. Sépaq opens camping bookings for the next summer season the previous November, so popular lakeside sites can disappear quickly once the launch goes live. Daily park admission can be purchased online up to 30 days before a visit. One-night bookings are accepted only within 72 hours of arrival; otherwise a two-night minimum applies. Private campgrounds Camping La Roche Dor, Camping Parc De La Chaudiere, and Camping Luciole are booked directly through each operator. Summer weekends fill weeks in advance.
