Lac Témiscouata, Petit Touladi and Grand Touladi lakes draw paddlers and kayakers of all levels, with canoe, kayak, pedal boat and paddleboard rentals available inside Parc national du Lac-Témiscouata. The Petit Témis linear bike path runs through the region; from the Grands-Pins campground in the Dégelis sector, riders can access more than 63 km of the southern portion of the path. Families staying at Camping Temilac Inc or Camping Municipal Notre Dame Du Lac get easy lake access for swimming, fishing and small-boat launching.
