Turner Lake South at Chain O'Lakes State Park is reserved through the Illinois Department of Natural Resources ExploreMoreIL system at camp.exploremoreil.com, or by calling 866-716-6550. A rolling six-month booking window applies, so summer weekends open for reservation exactly six months ahead. Setting a reminder for that date is the most reliable way to secure a site. Reservations must be made at least three days before arrival, and the maximum stay is 14 nights in a 30-day period. Private parks use their own systems. Fish Lake Beach Camping Resort, Fox River Recreation, and Grass Lake Marina and RV Park accept reservations by phone or through their websites. Kenosha County Fair Association books directly and can be affected by event weekends. Confirm rig-length limits and hookup type before finalizing any booking.
