This was our very first time renting an RV, and I honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience. From the moment we booked, our host, Binbin, was incredibly kind, patient, and welcoming. Anytime I had a question—no matter how small—I could call or message him, and he was always quick to answer. He took the time to explain everything thoroughly and never made me feel like I was asking too many questions. By the time we left, I felt like an RV pro thanks to him! The RV itself was absolutely beautiful, spotless, and exceptionally well maintained. It was comfortable, spacious, and had everything my family needed for an amazing trip. You can tell Binbin truly takes pride in taking care of his RV and making sure his guests have a wonderful experience. This trip created memories we'll never forget, and a big part of that was because of how wonderful Binbin was as a host. I genuinely can't say enough good things about him. If you're considering renting an RV, I highly recommend this one. We will definitely be renting from Binbin again for our future trips.
