Campgrounds and RV parks near Hollandale, MS

Hollandale sits in Washington County in the heart of the Mississippi Delta, roughly 25 miles south of Greenville along U.S. Highway 61. The flat farm country around town is dotted with oxbow lakes, cypress sloughs, and bottomland hardwood, and it serves as a practical base for anglers, hunters, and Delta road-trippers rolling an RV through the region. The closest developed campground is Leroy Percy State Park, about five miles west of Hollandale off Mississippi Highway 12. It is the oldest state park in Mississippi and offers 16 RV sites with water, sewer, and electrical hookups alongside cabins and a wooded tent area. Across the Mississippi River near Lake Village, Arkansas, Lake Chicot State Park adds a much larger campground on the state's biggest natural lake, plus lake-view cabins. Private options in the area include Pecan Grove RV Park, Delta Mobile Home and RV Park, and Clear Creek Campground, which give RV travelers back-in or pull-through sites with hookups and easy highway access.

Leroy Percy State Park is reserved through the Mississippi Department of Wildlife, Fisheries, and Parks system at mdwfp.com or the linked ReserveAmerica portal. Bookings can be made up to 24 months in advance, must be made at least two days ahead of arrival, and the minimum age to reserve is 21. Check-in is 4 p.m. and check-out is 2 p.m. Lake Chicot State Park uses the Arkansas State Parks reservation system. Check-in and check-out are both 3 p.m., stays are capped at 14 consecutive nights, and a non-refundable deposit equal to the first night is required. Private parks such as Pecan Grove RV Park, Delta Mobile Home and RV Park, and Clear Creek Campground book directly with the operator. Waterfront and full-hookup sites at Lake Chicot fill first on holiday weekends, so reserve early.
