Campgrounds and RV parks near Lofall, WA

Lofall is a small waterfront community on the east side of Hood Canal in northern Kitsap County, Washington, about three miles south of the Hood Canal Bridge. It is an unincorporated census-designated place in Kitsap County, with Port Gamble a short drive northeast and Bremerton roughly nineteen miles south. The location puts RV travelers within easy reach of both the Kitsap Peninsula and, via the floating bridge, the Olympic Peninsula. The closest public campground is Kitsap Memorial State Park, a 58-acre camping park with nearly 1,800 feet of saltwater shoreline and sweeping views of Hood Canal. It offers 19 standard campsites, three partial-hookup sites, eight full-hookup sites, three hiker/biker sites, and four cabins, with restrooms and showers on site. For private full-hookup options, Eagle Tree RV Park sits south along SR-305 between Poulsbo and Bainbridge Island, Cedar Glen RV Park lies on the Kitsap Peninsula, and Port Ludlow RV Park is across the Hood Canal Bridge on the Olympic Peninsula side. The Point Casino and Hotel, north near Kingston, adds a non-camping option for travelers wanting a night off the rig.

Kitsap Memorial State Park is reserved through the Washington State Parks system at washington.goingtocamp.com or by calling 888-CAMPOUT. The campground is open year-round, and reservations can be made up to nine months in advance of arrival. A Discover Pass is required for vehicle access to Washington state parks for day use. Summer weekends and the four cabins go quickly, so set a reminder for the nine-month booking window. Private parks book directly. Eagle Tree RV Park, Cedar Glen RV Park, and Port Ludlow RV Park each take reservations by phone or through their websites. Eagle Tree operates year-round on the Kitsap Peninsula, and Port Ludlow RV Park is also open year-round. Call ahead for big-rig sites and to confirm length limits before arrival.
