In the last few years, this trailer has been our full-time home for up to six months at a time, we know her well, and we know she's reliable! The front master bedroom has a sliding accordion door to offer a little bit of privacy from the rest of the living area, and the back bunk has a blacked-out window and can be curtained off from the main living area to provide a dark space for little ones to nap. We also have an available custom railing that can be installed on the bottom bunk to keep little ones contained. Our Kiddo used to sleep back there when he was a baby with no problems at all, until he got good at climbing, and then the rail just turned into a jungle gym! The couch and kitchen table also fold down into beds if you need extra sleeping space. Comes equipped with stove, oven, freezer, fridge, heating, and air conditioning. Fully equipped.

This is a a spacious and family friendly travel trailer. We offer two separate bedrooms both with privacy sliding doors. The front bedroom has a queen size bed with lift up storage underneath. The rear bedroom is quite big and has extra wide bunk beds, wider than the standard RV size. Both slides are extra deep (4 feet) and spacious. The bunk bedroom at the back can accommodate a single mattress (or a port-a-crib) on the floor as well. The dinette folds down into a double bed and the couch turns into a double bed as well. This unit sleeps 8 (or 9 if you bring a Foamy.) We only deliver and set up for you and pick up the trailer as well. Host will NOT deliver to Vancouver Island, Gulf Islands or USA. When booking a campsite, keep in mind we are 31 feet overall length and 12 feet wide with both slides extended. Bathroom has a small bathtub/shower combination which is perfect for small children or quick wash after a day at the beach. Strictly No pets rule! The travel trailer has two large closets that offer space for clothing and another bigger closet for a pantry or storage. All dishes, cutlery, toaster, coffee maker, kettle included. Due to Covid-19 we ask you please bring your own bed linens, sheets, pillows and bath or beach towels. We do provide mattress pad protectors and bottom fitted sheets. Note* if dry camping you will need to bring a Honda generator or batteries will run out.

Beds only come with mattress covers. If you'd like linens included please do so in the add on section. The kitchen has a 3 burner stove with oven as well as a microwave if plugged in. Also has a outdoor kitchen that slides out with a two burner stove, sink and mini fridge. Good size bathroom with toilet/tub/shower. Hand soap and hand towel included. Use RV toilet paper only please! Lots of storage all the way around. We provide all the necessary essentials (see photos) so you can focus on creating wonderful memories! Ultimate family friendly spacious travel trailer. We will only do the delivery, setup, and pickup experience (we do not allow anyone to tow the trailer) in order for you to be able to bring any land vehicle and not worry about ever towing, as well as having peace of mind with the trailer being fully setup, cleaned and sanitized upon arrival. The front bedroom has a queen size bed with curtains to keep it dark and secluded, with plenty of storage space for clothing and other items. The bunk beds are very accessible and are both double beds with 2 windows and lighting in each. The electric slide is very long, accommodating a dinette which turns into a bed, as well as a pull out couch that also turns into a bed and both are simple to operate. We will usually be there when you arrive, to answer any questions you may have and say hello. We will not deliver to Vancouver island, USA or any of the gulf islands. When booking a campsite, please keep in mind that the trailer is 31 feet long in total length. Strictly NO pets rule The power awning has a factory installed white LED strip light that will light up the whole main outdoor area at night. Awning can be in our out for this to work. There are also mounted speakers under the awning on the exterior and interior which can both play your own music simultaneously with aux. We have air conditioning and a heater, the trailer is very well insulated for climate control. The bathroom has a small bathtub/shower that is perfect for small children or a quick shower after a day at the beach. All dishes, cutlery, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, dish soap, tea towels and dish cloths included. We provide mattress pad protectors and bottom fitted sheets. All you need to bring are sleeping bags, pillows, bath or beach towels, flashlights, bug spray, food and drinks. Check with the RV park for park WIFI.
