This is a a spacious and family friendly travel trailer. We offer two separate bedrooms both with privacy sliding doors. The front bedroom has a queen size bed with lift up storage underneath. The rear bedroom is quite big and has extra wide bunk beds, wider than the standard RV size. Both slides are extra deep (4 feet) and spacious. The bunk bedroom at the back can accommodate a single mattress (or a port-a-crib) on the floor as well. The dinette folds down into a double bed and the couch turns into a double bed as well. This unit sleeps 8 (or 9 if you bring a Foamy.) We only deliver and set up for you and pick up the trailer as well. Host will NOT deliver to Vancouver Island, Gulf Islands or USA. When booking a campsite, keep in mind we are 31 feet overall length and 12 feet wide with both slides extended. Bathroom has a small bathtub/shower combination which is perfect for small children or quick wash after a day at the beach. Strictly No pets rule! The travel trailer has two large closets that offer space for clothing and another bigger closet for a pantry or storage. All dishes, cutlery, toaster, coffee maker, kettle included. Due to Covid-19 we ask you please bring your own bed linens, sheets, pillows and bath or beach towels. We do provide mattress pad protectors and bottom fitted sheets. Note* if dry camping you will need to bring a Honda generator or batteries will run out.
Ultimate family friendly spacious travel trailer. We will only do the delivery, setup, and pickup experience (we do not allow anyone to tow the trailer) in order for you to be able to bring any land vehicle and not worry about ever towing, as well as having peace of mind with the trailer being fully setup, cleaned and sanitized upon arrival. The front bedroom has a queen size bed with curtains to keep it dark and secluded, with plenty of storage space for clothing and other items. The bunk beds are very accessible and are both double beds with 2 windows and lighting in each. The electric slide is very long, accommodating a dinette which turns into a bed, as well as a pull out couch that also turns into a bed and both are simple to operate. We will usually be there when you arrive, to answer any questions you may have and say hello. We will not deliver to Vancouver island, USA or any of the gulf islands. When booking a campsite, please keep in mind that the trailer is 31 feet long in total length. Strictly NO pets rule The power awning has a factory installed white LED strip light that will light up the whole main outdoor area at night. Awning can be in our out for this to work. There are also mounted speakers under the awning on the exterior and interior which can both play your own music simultaneously with aux. We have air conditioning and a heater, the trailer is very well insulated for climate control. The bathroom has a small bathtub/shower that is perfect for small children or a quick shower after a day at the beach. All dishes, cutlery, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, dish soap, tea towels and dish cloths included. We provide mattress pad protectors and bottom fitted sheets. All you need to bring are sleeping bags, pillows, bath or beach towels, flashlights, bug spray, food and drinks. Check with the RV park for park WIFI.

In the last few years, this trailer has been our full-time home for up to six months at a time, we know her well, and we know she's reliable! The front master bedroom has a sliding accordion door to offer a little bit of privacy from the rest of the living area, and the back bunk has a blacked-out window and can be curtained off from the main living area to provide a dark space for little ones to nap. We also have an available custom railing that can be installed on the bottom bunk to keep little ones contained. Our Kiddo used to sleep back there when he was a baby with no problems at all, until he got good at climbing, and then the rail just turned into a jungle gym! The couch and kitchen table also fold down into beds if you need extra sleeping space. Comes equipped with stove, oven, freezer, fridge, heating, and air conditioning. Fully equipped.

Beds only come with mattress covers. If you'd like linens included please do so in the add on section. The kitchen has a 3 burner stove with oven as well as a microwave if plugged in. Also has a outdoor kitchen that slides out with a two burner stove, sink and mini fridge. Good size bathroom with toilet/tub/shower. Hand soap and hand towel included. Use RV toilet paper only please! Lots of storage all the way around. We provide all the necessary essentials (see photos) so you can focus on creating wonderful memories! Answers to frequently asked questions: - If you plan to camp without hook ups you will need a generator to run the ac. - If you are having the trailer delivered and have no sewage connection at your campsite you will need to add on emptying septic prepayment even if you do not plan to use the toilet. - The propane add on almost always needs to be added if you plan to cook. Enjoy the South Okanagan in the comfort of this spacious family-friendly trailer. The huge slide gives you plenty of space in the dining/living area to kick back with friends and family. After your sun-drenched Okanagan day, relax under the shade of the awning in the supplied chairs. ***This is a no-smoking unit and delivery only*** The trailer is extremely clean and offers plenty of room for your family get away. Drift into sleep on the deluxe mattress in the privacy of the separate master bedroom. The bunks in the back offer a double-sized foam on the bottom and a more narrow bunk above with a privacy curtain. The table offers a short double bed and the couch turns into a single. There's a full bath with a skylight in the tub so no need to crouch while you shower. If your play in the sun leaves you a bit sandy use the outside shower. The fully equipped kitchen provides you with a coffee press, microwave, sink, stove and oven, along with the regular dishes and cutlery, pots and pans. Ask us for a complete list of what’s included. You will also find coffee, tea, some seasonings, sugar, plastic wrap, tin foil, dish and hand soap. RV toilet paper is provided. Please do not flush anything else down the toilet. There are camp chairs, a small table for outside, and a couple of games (indoor and out). If you have 30amp hookups you can also use the TV and DVD player (we have a small selection of DVD's - ask for a list) and the air conditioner. ***** PLEASE NOTE: THE AC WILL ONLY WORK WITH A 30 AMP HOOKUP****. For areas off-grid we have solar panels to ensure your lights keep working throughout your stay. The trailer has an insulated winter package and furnace so can be used comfortably into fall and spring. We will deliver the trailer once we have confirmation of your campsite. When booking please note the size, 30’ and that BC Provincial Government Campgrounds are beautiful but do not have hook ups. Therefore, no air conditioning and no TV. For additional fees we offer linens (sheets, blankets, pillows, towels, beach towels, dishcloths, and tea towels), water toys, kayaks, a propane fire pit, and/or bbq. **If you are dry camping there will be an automatic septic emptying fee**
Our beautiful home away from home is a 27' (24' living) unit that sleeps 6 to 8 people. Perfect for small families or couples, there is a double bed bunk house, a queen size bed in its own private room, and the dinette converts into a bed if required. The inside kitchen features a stainless steel fridge and freezer, a 3 burner range top with oven, and a microwave. The kitchen comes fully stocked with dishes and basic cooking utensils, as well as a Keurig coffee maker (with a reusable K-Cup coffee filter) and toaster. If you would rather cook outside, this RV has an outside kitchen with a swing out grill, a small fridge and sink. The bathroom has a shower and bathtub. There are two TV in the unit (not yet pictured), as well as a radio/CD/DVD player with both interior and exterior speakers. Included are linens, DVDs, playing cards, a few board games and outdoor/beach toys, and adult and children's camping chairs. Linens included are sheets and blankets (please bring your own pillows), dish cloths/towels, wash cloths/towels, bathroom towels, and beach towels. *Pet FREE, non smoking/non vaping unit* *Owner delivers and picks up this RV only*
This is a 2020 trailer has an exceptionally large bathroom and large shower, which is why I bought it, and bathroom is the full width of the trailer!! Don't we love our bathrooms ladies! Lots of room for all your stuff. Bathroom is large enough to change in. Nice roomy kitchen area with slide out. Nice large pantry with Roku streaming TV in living room. Couch in kitchen area turns into a bed and can be a queen size bed or a smaller child bed. This trailer is great for 2-4 people and we have had 6 people sitting in the kitchen living room area comfortably. Extremely comfortable Queen size bedroom. We upgraded to an organic queen mattress. More comfortable than all the new sleep country beds in our house! Ramp can be set up if you have bad knees for $100 includes set up fee and take down. Trailer is only three yrs old and in great like-new shape and look. We deliver and setup as well as pick up only so you do not need roadside service. We deliver the trailer to sites in the Okanagan area. This trailer is only available for delivery. Please select a delivery charge. We can help you with wineries to visit and even deliver a chef's meal if you do not want to cook. Ask us about that. Many other experiences we can book for you here in the Okanagan.
