Our family of four, plus pup, really enjoyed our stay in the trailer. We loved the layout of the trailer - and it’s been very well maintained and well stocked - just had to bring our food and linens! Jeff and Kim were awesome to rent their trailer from. Communication was easy and they were always quick to respond. They were very thorough with set up and explaining how everything worked. The trailer was exactly what we needed for our week in Osoyoos. Even when the highway was closed, they made the extra hour drive the long way to be able to deliver the trailer to us on time. Everything we could have needed was supplied in the trailer and the king size bed was like sleeping on a cloud. I highly recommend renting from them and will definitely contact them again next summer.

Michelle was very helpful, accommodating & communicative. Rented from her Aug 8th to the 15th in 2026 during a forest fire just outside of where we were staying. To my surprise the trailer itself was fully stocked. No need to pack up your whole house for a week in Michelles trailer. All the kitchen gadgets, dishes, spices, cleaning supplies, towels, paper products, various coffee pots & filters, med supplies and even games were included! It was a lovely, easy to use unit with a good size shower, kitchen dinning area. It was our first time using RV Rezy. The app we found somewhat difficult to use, but was so much easier to communicate with Michelle via text.
