Our beautiful and spacious 28 foot Jayco/Jay Flight travel trailer is ready to host your next memorable camping adventure. A comfortable, well maintained trailer, with everything you need for a weekend away, or longer fun filled escapes, weather you're a couple, a small group or a family. This traveling home away from home, can comfortably sleep 6 larger adults or a mixed clan of adults and smaller kids, up to 10 people. The large dinette slide-out provides for a specious living area with comfortable seating, dining and entertainment space. Our beautiful "Land Yacht" is also pet friendly and thoroughly cleaned between each rental. For your added convenience and enjoyment. Additional items supplied free of charge and not listed under the "amenities section", we include the following. -Dishes, (plates, bowls, glasses, coffee mugs, large bowls) -Cooking pots and pans (for indoor use only) -Cutlery and cooking utensils, indoor and BBQ -Blender "for sunset cocktail hour" -Keurig coffee maker, also a stove top kettle if you didn't bring coffee pods -Supply of toilet paper (suitable for black water tank "in moderation") -Ice cube trays -Basic cleaning supplies (Spray cleaners, dish soap, household wipes, trash bags, broom, paper towels (2 rolls), grill cleaning spray) -Marsh mellow/Hotdog camp fire holders. X2 -Small supply package for forgotten items, to get you through your first night. -4 folding camp chairs -30 amp extension cord, 20 amp standard extension cord (if needed) and a 15 to 30 amp adapter. -Food grade water supply hoses -Sanitary sewage hoses -Full fresh water tank if water is not available on your site. (In most cases) Add-on linen package includes (freshly washed) (10 pillows and cases, 3 duvet for master bed and bunks, 2 comforters for drop down bed and sofa bed, 5 sets of sheets, towels and bath mat) "These linen supplies are for indoor use only" For hygiene- all 10 pillows, the master bed and 2 bunks are covered with clean water proof covers (non crunchy) Unless stated prior, we will make the master bed and bunks only. Additional bedding will be stored in the trailer for your use if it's required. NOTE: To avoid confusion. The initial cleaning charge when booking the trailer, is for us to prepare and sanitize the trailer for your trip. The trailer is to be returned to us in "reasonably" the same cleanliness condition your received it in. If it's not, we reserve the right to charge and extra $50/hr. from your deposit to rectify conditions for the next renter. Cancelations policy: If renter cancels 1) More than 30 days from start date - Full refund minus the RVezy service fee an tax. 2) Between 30 days and 8 days - 50% of rental amount, no refund on RVezy service fee and tax. 3) 7 days or less - No refund on rental amount, or RVezy service fee and tax. Add-ons will be fully refunded regardless of timing, including cleaning fee, insurance and roadside assistance. If Host cancels: 1) A full refund paid, will be refunded, including service fees and tax. -

Pets are welcome but absolutely no smoking allowed in the camper. If you’d like to tow the camper, we will need to screen for towing experience. Delivery is encouraged and includes set up. Please note that since this site penalizes the host for declining rentals on dates that are stated as available, we have only indicated availability on dates that we are able to deliver and pick up, as the majority of our rentals include delivery. A queen-bed with plenty of storage, bunks for the kids, and a u-shape dinette conversion that sleeps 2 more kids comfortably. Bathroom has stand-up shower, toilet and vanity. Fully equipped with heating and great A/C system, TV and radio. Outdoor awning and external storage to provide you with an easy and comfortable camping experience (plus a few outdoor games for fun!). Please be sure to double check there is clearance to open the awning and pop out (these can break/damage fairly easily). The trailer must be returned as clean as it was at pick up, and Black/Gray tanks emptied. 2021 unit. Sleeps 6 to 8. Spacious unit for families or couples. Rental amounts include the 20 percent fee charged by RVezy. 30 amp service is required to be able to operate the air conditioner. There is an additional charge if you require us to empty the black and grey water tanks. Trailer brakes are required if you are towing the trailer.

Dishes ,cooking utensils, drinking glasses and pots/pans provided. Immaculately clean and in tip top condition. Raven is pet friendly , but definitely a no SMOKING ZONE.
