Outdoor Kitchen, with bar fridge, and running water. Electric awning. Cutlery, bowls, plates,mugs, cups, pans, and pots included. BBQ, and Keurig include, will need to bring your own K cups. Absolutely no smoking, vaping, or pets. WILL ONLY DELIVER. Will completely set up trailer, and explain all the trailers features when the trailer is dropped off. There is 3 single beds, and a pullout couch, which is a double, in the bunk room. The table turns into double, and the pullout couch is a double, in the main part of the trailer.The master bedroom has a queen. If trailer isn’t hooked up directly to sewer, and water, I am available to come and dump the septic, and fill water tank if the sewer gets full, or the water becomes empty. There will be a charge, the charge will be based on how far the trailer is. I’m pretty flexible for times on the weekends. You are responsible for making sure the camping spot accommodates a 29” trailer. Will drop off and give a rundown of all the amenities the trailer has to offer. Very clean and well cared for travel trailer with all the comforts of home. Perfect family trailer that sleeps 10 with separate area for the kids with 4 single bunks! Perfect for young kids as there are safety gates and door to the bunk room. Has a separate queen bed in front for the adults. The couch and dinette also turn into beds for an additional 4 spots. Modern kitchen includes a full size stainless steel fridge/freezer. Cozy fireplace and 2 TVs with DVD players for added entertainment. Outside there is a power awning with led lighting, outdoor shower, and a seperate fridge with a foldaway burner so you can access drinks and cook breakfast in the great outdoors. Loaded with everything you may need from dishes, cutlery, cups, bedding, portable table and BBQ & camping chairs included. $200 cleaning fee includes propane fill, post rental dump, and water fill up. Please NO smoking and NO pets in the RV. RV and all equipment must be returned in the conditions it was given to you in. Charges for any damages will of course come out of your deposit. Although the trailer sleeps 4, we have equipped the 5th wheel with everything you could possible imagine for one couple and with everything you could ever need. Our trailer comes with matching linens, a fully equipped kitchen, a napoleon portable bbq and picnic table, indoor/outdoor games. We've even included 2 fishing poles and a dingy just incase you want to get out on the water and catch dinner :) 3 slideouts - kitchen/living room/bedroom. Featuring air conditioner, a queen size private bedroom, leather furniture including recliner chair, 32" TV and DVD player, a super single pullout in the living room for extra sleeping, a 3 piece bathroom, microwave in kitchen, outdoor speakers and so much more!
