Our trailer is in brand new condition and beautifully finished with full kitchen, full bathroom, two double bunks, separate bedroom with queen bed, outdoor shower, solar panels, TV, stereo, slide-out dining area, huge electric awning with led lights and outdoor speakers, a/c. One of the top rated trailers of 2022! We ask that our guests return the trailer with all tanks emptied and must have towing experience if picking up at our location. Our rental amenities are flexible. We offer linens, kitchen essentials, coffee maker, cookware, extra camping equipment (coleman stove, chairs, sleeping bags, tent), etc... Chez Coach Brown Sunseeker is definitely a winner. We purchased it because it met all of our requirements and personal needs. Therefore, we believe it will meet yours. Chez Coach Brown Sunseeker seats and sleeps 8 persons. The main bedroom is in the back with lots cabinets and drawers for personal stuff and 2 night stands on both sides of a queen sized bed. It features bunk beds for the kids near the bathroom and a TV to entertain them. One of those beds folds into a sofa with seatbelts. That way they will be entertained while you're driving. The kitchen is fully equipped with a decent size refrigerator(electicity), 3 top burner(propane) and multi-function microwave/oven(electicity). The diningroom and livingroom are as shown in the pictures. They turn into extra beds if the overhead queen size bed is not enough. One thing you will not lack is storage because there are so many drawers and cabinets including side to side storage underneath. There is a generator onboard and we offer 5 hours per day for free and a small fee for extra hours. There is also a solar panel that will charge the batteries. It will be your responsibility to empty the tanks (gray and black water). However, we can take care of it for you for a small convenience fee. It is also your responsibility to fill the gas tank to the same level but we won't mind doing this for you for a small convenience fee. We could also deliver, prepare and hook everything up for you at your chosen/preferred campground for a small fee. And if you choose to drive it, there are 3 cameras (back, left and right) to help you. It drives like a truck

What makes this RV unique compared to others is that it is legal to park in most driveways, parking lots, and streets because of its size and weight. Great for those who like to overnight park in a driveway or parking lot on their destination adventure. It drives like a regular van (no rattling like the bigger RV's) and gets fantastic mileage (v6 engine) comparable to a SUV. There is no setup. Just pull in and it is ready for use. You can legally seat 5 when driving but is meant to sleep 2 comfortably (1 queen bed only). It comes fully stocked with everything you need such as kitchenware, linens, etc... Fuel and Propane Refilling Upon returning the RV, the Renter agrees to ensure that both the propane and gas tanks are filled to their full capacities. Failure to do so may result in additional charges determined by the Owner. 3. Return of Add-Ons The Renter is responsible for ensuring that all additional items or "add-ons" provided by the Owner at the time of rental are returned in the same condition as they were received. Any damage to, or loss of, these add-ons will result in additional charges determined by the Owner. 4. Pick-up and Return Timing The RV must be picked up and returned to the Owner by 11:00 AM on the designated return date. If the Renter foresees a delay in returning the RV, the Renter must notify the Owner in advance and receive approval. Failure to return the RV by the specified time, without prior approval, will result in late fees, the amount of which will be determined by the Owner. 5. Prohibited Activities a. No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the RV. Any evidence of smoking, including but not limited to odor or ash, will result in penalties determined by the Owner, which may include additional cleaning fees or forfeiture of the security deposit. b. No Drinking: The consumption of alcoholic beverages inside the RV is strictly prohibited. Any evidence of alcohol consumption inside the RV will result in penalties, the specifics and amounts of which will be determined by the Owner. c. No Pets: No pets are allowed inside the RV unless expressly agreed upon in writing by the Owner. Evidence of pets in the RV, such as pet hair, odors, or damage, will result in penalties determined by the Owner, which may include additional cleaning fees or forfeiture of the security deposit. 6. Acknowledgment and Acceptance of Rules By booking the RV, the Renter explicitly acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement. Failure to adhere to these terms and conditions may result in penalties, the specifics and amounts of which will be determined by the Owner. Such penalties may include, but are not limited to, additional charges, forfeiture of any security deposit, or legal action.
