Well maintained, 21ft travel trailer! Super family friendly. The weight in the listing is the GVWR. This RV is the perfect size for a couple or a small family who wants to escape for a little getaway! It’s lightweight nature makes it easy to tow and allows for versatile camping- will fit into almost every camping spot! When you walk into this trailer, you will find a u-shaped dinette at the front of the trailer that folds down to be a queen size bed, over top of the table is a 3 cabinet storage. It has a full kitchen, fridge and pantry along with a linens closet. At the back of the trailer there is Jack and Jill bunks, with a small storage closet beside top bunk to store clothes or linens. The bathroom is equipped with a toilet, sink and bath tub- which is a must for small kids! Includes everything to make your trip comfortable! If there’s something on this list that you believe to be missing or would like to see if it could be included, we are open to messages and requests. We can’t promise all requests will be fulfilled, but we will try! Kitchen: • Coffee maker w. coffee filters. • Toaster • Linens • Towels • Dishes • Cooking Bowls, Food Storage Containers • Pots and Pans • Utensils (Dining and cooking) • Portable BBQ/Grill can be included for an extra fee. Living: • Towels • Bed Sheets will be provided. We ask guests to bring their own pillows and blankets. •Padded mattress cover provided for dinette that folds down into queen bed. • Basics: Indoor extension cords, hand soap, dish-soap, few games. Outdoor: • Outdoor mat • Straw broom • Awning lights • Tarp • Picnic table cover When trailer is picked up for booking we will go over setup and take down- and have a check list ready to ensure it goes smoothly for you. A few important notes: • Vehicle towing this unit must be equipped with wiring harness/brake controller for trailer brakes. • No smoking inside the trailer- at any time. • Pet friendly, but must be approved by owner ahead of time. (No shedding dogs permitted) • Septic tank must be emptied before return- otherwise a fee will incur. • Pick up/drop off times are flexible, must be agreed on by both parties before departure. (Pick up/Drop off times only allowed during rental time. Cannot accommodate days before or after as it can interfere with other rentals) • If trailer is returned late, additional fees will apply. This trailer weighs under 5400 lbs and has been redone inside and out. This is a great option for a family as it has a king bed and quad bunk room as seen in the pictures. Sleeps 8. The camper is in excellent condition, clean and well-maintained. Sleeps 4 adults comfortably + 4 smaller guests. Has a queen bed and two bunks in the back. The dining table and couch both convert to sleeping surfaces. The camper has a heater and AC, a propane stove/oven, a fridge/freezer that runs on gas or electricity, a microwave, and a 3-piece bath (trailer-sized tub). Has a manual awning. The camper comes stocked with tons of camping gear. Dishes, coffee maker, chairs, hot dog sticks, etc. All you have to bring is bedding, food and towels. We ask that you replace anything you use. The ball is 2 5/16 inches. If you can’t pull the trailer, no worries we can work out a deal. I could tow it to the site for a fee  depending on where the site located Available anytime after May long but books up fast. Feel free to contact me about what date you would like to rent.
