Black and grey tanks to be emptied correctly by the renter if prepayment is not selected. If the tanks are not correctly emptied then charges will be applied at close out. Sites booked by the renter must accommodate the unit as well as all accesses to the sites. If on arrival the unit is not able to be set up correctly the renter must make arrangements to aid in getting the unit set up. Only RV toilet paper to be used. We supply a few rolls for you. If you run out please do not flush regular toilet paper.

The dining table and couch both convert to sleeping surfaces. The camper has a heater and AC, a propane stove/oven, a fridge/freezer that runs on gas or electricity, a microwave, and a 3-piece bath (trailer-sized tub). Has a manual awning. The camper comes stocked with tons of camping gear. Dishes, coffee maker, chairs, hot dog sticks, etc. All you have to bring is bedding, food and towels. We ask that you replace anything you use. The ball is 2 5/16 inches. If you can’t pull the trailer, no worries we can work out a deal. Your families home away from home! 2011 Forest River Cherokee 27ft ( total trailer 31ft ) with bunks, glamping in style!! We just purchased this trailer so it has been fully gone through and is in perfect working condition. 4 new tires for a worry free trip! This trailer comfortably sleeps 8. This trailer is fully equipped with a new power awning that's 15 feet across! 13500btu of air conditioning for those hot days piped through the heat ducts to spread the cool air! Has 1 super slide ( dinette and love seat ). Fridge, freezer, heat, a/c, hot water all work great! In the bathroom you with find a shower/ tub, also has an outside shower. Comes with dishes and cookware needed for basic camping / cooking, cleaning supplies, 4 fold up chairs, fire sticks, all the chemicals for the tanks, toilet paper, kids games and some old dvds for those days it decides to rain! Sky lights above the big u shaped dinette. I have a 12000lb hitch and stability bars to use. Back rack for extra storage if needed although the trailer has tons of storage room. Dirty water drain hoses, power plugs ( 30amp and 120v adapter for a regular plug in if needed and clean water hoses all included. Pod coffee pot, toaster, kettle, and microwave. Basically bring your clothes, towels and bedding and make some memories!! I'm very flexible on pickup and drop times as long as it's arranged a few days before! I will give a full run down of how everything works if your unfamiliar with trailers! Before I became an owner I was a renter and really loved the service and protection for both renters and owners this site offers!
