The camper is in excellent condition, clean and well-maintained. Sleeps 4 adults comfortably + 4 smaller guests. Has a queen bed and two bunks in the back. The dining table and couch both convert to sleeping surfaces. The camper has a heater and AC, a propane stove/oven, a fridge/freezer that runs on gas or electricity, a microwave, and a 3-piece bath (trailer-sized tub). Has a manual awning. The camper comes stocked with tons of camping gear. Dishes, coffee maker, chairs, hot dog sticks, etc. All you have to bring is bedding, food and towels. We ask that you replace anything you use. The ball is 2 5/16 inches. If you can’t pull the trailer, no worries we can work out a deal.
