Outdoor kitchen, power retractable awning, two entry doors, 6 separate beds, JBL indoor/outdoor sound system, heater fireplace, TV with HDMI capability, and two private rooms are just some of the cool features of this brand new unit. We provide dish & hand towels, oversized bath towels, cutlery and cookware, plus dish soap and hand soap. You are responsible for bringing your own bedding. This trailer is great for larger resorts with full hookup sites. Some features of this unit won't work while dry camping, such as the outdoor refrigerator. Let's chat before you book to ensure we get you the most comfortable stay possible. We are not responsible for campground reservations but we can help point you in the right direction when it comes to where to camp and what to do. Send us a message and we will be happy to help you plan the perfect glamping get away! All campground reservations must be made separately with the campground’s reservation agency. Please keep in mind the maximum trailer length restrictions at whatever campground you book your stay at. This trailer is almost 38ft long and can't fit in smaller campgrounds. Pick up will be one hour prior to check out time at your campground. Delivery to private residences is fine but we ask that you ensure there is adequate room for maneuvering of the truck and trailer. We do have a 3500 Watt generator that is available at extra cost if you're planning on dry camping. We do not deliver to oceano dunes. We don’t typically charge a cleaning fee as long as you try your best to leave the trailer like you found it…Extra dirty returns will incur a $250 cleaning fee. (Excessive Sand, Mud, Spills, Stains, Scratches, Trash and Improper Use of Black Tank) If the Trailer and/or the contents in the Trailer at the time of the delivery orientation are damaged during your rental period, you are responsible to pay all damage costs whether you were at fault or not or if damage was caused by acts of nature (wind, rain, earthquake, fire, flood, etc). The trailer awnings do not like wind. It is your responsibility to retract the awning even in the mildest windy conditions. If an accident occurs, you are responsible for obtaining a police report, contacting the other party’s insurance company, and contacting us ASAP
