There is a camper Queen in the master BR, a full bed over the cab, a pull-out sofa, and the dinette converts into a sleeping space if needed, so it could sleep more than 6 if needed. The powerful V10 engine gets you where you need to go with ease. We live up in the mountains and it makes it up and down the steep terrain here with no problems.

Our daughter named our 26 ft camper Sunshine because even on rainy days camping it makes us happy! There is a lot of space and comfort in this 26 ft camper. It has the ability to sleep 8! Master bedroom- king size bed with sheets, down blanket, and storage. Bunks- double bunks with sheets, down blanket. Then dinette and couch can be turned down for beds. Bathroom- toilet, shower/tub, sink. Kitchen- fridge, freezer, plates/bowls, utensils, instapot, rice maker, electric griddle, popcorn maker, microwave, stove, oven, keurig, pots, pans. You just need to supply the food! Outdoor Kitchen- fridge, sink, 2 burner stove. We use this as our outdoor bar and smores area. 2 plush camp chairs, 2 kids chairs, outdoor rug, Everything will be set up for you!

First and foremost, don't do anything illegal or that might get you or someone else hurt. This includes climbing on the roof of the RV. Also, there is a strict no smoking policy that must be adhered to. Absolutely no smoking/vaping/incense of any substance or kind allowed. Any smell of such in the RV will result in the entire damage deposit being forfeited to PROPERLY clean, treat and disinfect. Evidence of any pets/urine in the RV will result in forfeiture of entire damage deposit too. No more than 10 people may stay in the RV. Normally we provide pillows, pillowcases, sheets, towels, washcloths, dish rags, etc. Because of Covid-19, we will NO LONGER be doing so until further notice. We provide hand soap, dish soap, dish sponge, one paper towel roll and 2 rolls toilet paper. If your towing or driving the RV then you must dump/empty the septic before return. We will do a septic and tank flush on return. A 30 minute disinfectant cleaning is included in your prep fee. You should bring the unit back cleaned from your trip or additional fee's apply. Renters must purchase an insurance coverage option with their reservation.
