The RV was fantastic and Josh was a great host! We were his first booking and you never would’ve known. He was super thorough in the walk-around going through the RV and the intricacies of the truck (it has air brakes!). Once on the road, it was super easy to drive, if you can say that about a 36’ Super C! The air ride seat made it really comfy and the adaptive cruise made it super easy to navigate from the driver side. And the kids and wife loved the onboard generator to watch TV, heat up some food, use the restroom, and even sleep while en route to our destination. When it’s time for another adventure, we’ll definitely be reaching out to Josh to rent again! Highly recommend Josh and his RV.

This was a wonderful experience. We camped in beach areas as well as wooded by a lake and this van was comfortable, reliable and REALLY easy to drive. We went to Atlanta, also, to the aquarium and navigating the city was easy as pie in this thing. The owners are INCREDIBLY nice and the communication is some of the best I’ve ever seen across things like this app, AirBnB, etc. Great people, great van, great experience.

Private parks like Atlanta South RV Resort in McDonough usually have more last-minute availability. Pro tip: aim 4 to 6 months out for fall weekends, and use cancellation alert tools to grab last-minute openings. Once your campsite is locked in, then book your RV rental in Loganville, GA to match those exact dates.

What are driving conditions like around Loganville?

Loganville sits in a sweet spot for RV driving, you're outside Atlanta's worst traffic but close enough to access everything. U.S. Highway 78 is the main artery through town and is RV-friendly with wide lanes. Avoid Atlanta's downtown connector (Interstates 75/85 through the city) during rush hour 7 to 9 AM and 4 to 7 PM; instead loop Interstate 285 or stay on Highway 78 east. Watch for low-clearance signs on older Atlanta side streets (anything under 12 feet) and stick to truck routes. The terrain is gently rolling Piedmont, no mountain grades to worry about. Summer afternoon thunderstorms can pop up fast, so pull over and wait them out if needed.

Most campgrounds near Loganville include hot showers, flush restrooms, laundry, and potable water fill stations. Pro tip: a 25-foot freshwater hose and a 50-to-30-amp dogbone adapter handle almost any site in the region.

How does payment and the security deposit work on RVezy?

Payment is simple and secure, you pay through RVezy's platform with a credit or debit card at booking, never directly to the host. That payment covers the nightly rate, RVezy service fees, your chosen protection plan, and any add-ons you select. A refundable security deposit is held (not charged) on your card before pickup and released after your trip, assuming the RV comes back in the same shape it left. To avoid any deposit issues, take dated photos at pickup and dropoff, return the RV with the same fuel and propane levels, and dump the tanks if your host requires it (or pay the optional dump fee upfront). Easy, transparent, and fully tracked in the app.

What's a local insider tip for an RV trip from Loganville?

Here's something most visitors miss: Loganville is perfectly positioned between two completely different Georgia vacations, and you can do both in one week. Head about 90 miles north and you're in alpine-themed Helen, the Chattahoochee River headwaters, and Anna Ruby Falls. Head about 35 miles east and you're in Athens for live music, then on to Lake Oconee or the antebellum town of Madison. Family RV trip Loganville idea: spend two nights at Hard Labor Creek State Park, two at Unicoi State Park near Helen, and one near Lake Lanier on the way home. Three landscapes, one tank-and-a-half of fuel, zero airports. That's the Loganville advantage.
