This RV offers plenty of space for the whole family or two couples + kids with two bedrooms: a separate bunk room in the rear and a queen suite in the front. The full kitchen has all the amenities of home with plenty of pantry storage. We purchased this RV to house the In-laws while they are in town and for family adventures away from home. The kids love to "camp" with Grandma and Grandpa in the driveway while they are visiting. Way more enjoyable, for the whole family, than booking a hotel for extended family visits! The queen mattress in the forward room, as well as the the rear bunk room full mattress, are high quality full thickness mattresses for all the comfort of home - even grandma comfort level approved! The bathroom is just behind the front bedroom and has a large corner shower with plenty of standing headroom for even the 6' 2" family member. In the living area there is a couch that folds out into a bed and a dinette for seating, which can also convert into a bed. The media area has large flatscreen smart TV. There is a smaller TV in the queen suite as well. Outside the unit has a large awning for hanging out in the shade with plenty of camp chairs. Outdoor grill for cooking out. For home driveway setup It also comes equipped with a pump which allows for the black and grey water tanks to be emptied (through a specific hose provided) into a residential sewage, septic cleanout, or standard home toilet - if a long stay is needed. Home driveway conversion for 30 amp service: the camper can run on 30amp hookup with provided adapters, thanks to soft start A/C conversion, some electrical limitations will occur(will have to use propane water heater instead of electric) .
