Our camper is rated to sleep six; two in the front bedroom's queen sized bed, two on a full out sofa in the living room, and two more on a second pull out sofa in the living room. The camper is clean and in outstanding condition. Please bring all linens, pillows and bedding needed. The unit comes fully furnished with dishes, utensils, coffee maker, and toaster oven. A 5th wheel receiver must be installed in the tow vehicle and the tow vehicle must be adequetly rated to tow the trailer. All others should select the option for delivery by paying the $75 delivery fee. This fee covers the cost to deliver the unit up 30 miles from the Harlem, GA post office and set the unit up for your stay. The camper is in immaculate condition on the inside as it was only used a handful of times by the previous owners. Comfortable King size bed upgrade! - see photos! Camper has a big U shaped dinette that slides out for a spacious living area, King size mattress in the bedroom with a small corner covered by a cabinet and two double bunks. This is a nice new clean camper and the interior will be thoroughly cleaned between each rental. Great camper for a weekend or a few weeks! Bunkhouse has been modified for extra headroom for both beds! All bookings within 7 days of a holiday require a 2 night minimum. 50 ft of drinking water hose, one 25 foot non potable water hose, 40 feet of sewer hose, all necessary extension cords and adapters to use any generator or campsite power source. Dinette and couch both convert into a bed. Queen bed in the bedroom sleeps two adults, dinette sleeps two kids or one adult, couch laid out sleeps two kids or one adult. Two bunks will sleep two adults or four kids total. One Small Pet is Allowed and Needs to have its own Kennell. NO SMOKING of anykind Allowed in Camper. If you are not comfortable towing, please use my delivery and setup services. If you plan on towing, plan to use at least a half ton truck or full size SUV with appropriate towing capacity, must have 7 pin plug. It is recommended to have a trailer brake system. You can use my weight distribution hitch and I will set up for you. Delivery on Holidays will require an additional delivery fee of $250.
