Newly renovated 19' 2006 Forrest River Salem EX. You'll be hard-pressed to find a more open floor plan trailer without a slide-out which makes for an affordable, yet comfortable, camping experience! Trailer comes with full-size kitchen cabinets and plenty of storage space. Enjoy using the modest refrigerator (small freezer), Ninja Air Fryer (dual basket with baking and reheat functions), electric hot plate, and electric skillet which are included, as are pots and dishes. The couch/table area converts into a bed, however we can include an add-on which allows it convert to a king (see pictures for the different options). There is a pop-out tent off the back which can also sleep 2. Linens and pillows provided upon request. Full bathroom with a standing/sitting shower and toilet paper is provided. Towels provided upon request. There is a desk area, ideal for those needing to do some remote work. This space also works great for a TV. Trailer has been fully insulated and has a freshwater tank heater, making cold weather camping possible. Equipped with electric fireplace, propane heater, and electric air conditioner. With a gross vehicle rating of 7000 lbs and dry weight of 4200 lbs, there is plenty of load-in capacity. The trailer has a 200 amp hour lithium battery and a Renogy 2000 watt inverter/charger. Generator provided at additional charge. Spare tire included and hitch ball provided upon request. We do require you have a 7-pin electric plug and electronic brake controls. No smoking allowed in the camper: a $250 fee will be charged upon return if this rule is not adhered to.

The mid area has a living room , full bathroom , and kitchen area ! The couch and table both also make beds. Comfortably sleep 8-10. Camper comes with all the basic necessities. A toaster, coffeemaker , various plates, Bowls, utensils. Also a variety of disposable items for your use. Also included is toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, dish soap. Just bring you personal care items and linens!

The 2021 Dutchmen RV Coleman Lantern Series 17BH is a great camper! When you come into the camper upfront you'll find a queen bed with storage under the bed. The kitchen is in the middle of the camper with a nice sink, counter and 2 burner stove, along with a microwave and good sized refrigerator. The back provides bunk beds and a decent-sized bathroom with a shower. Includes: Bedding for Bunks & Queen Bed Towels & washcloths (camper only, NO pool, beach, or other use) Pots & pans Kitchen Utensils Plates Cups Dish Towels (Camper use only) Electric Cooktop Coffee Maker Cleaning Supplies Toilet paper Paper towels It is fully stocked with all the necessary items you will need for a weekend/week camping getaway. Just bring your clothes & food & enjoy our camper! We don’t supply water for the freshwater tank. You would need to fill it out on your own. NOTES: Camper needs to be swept out and hard surfaces washed down (including bathroom) upon return. If it's more convenient for you, we will do it for $60. The propane tank needs to be refilled and if not then there will be a $25.00 fee. The camper will be neat and clean prior to pick up/delivery. It is expected that the camper return in the same condition. A $175 cleaning fee will be assessed if the camper is returned/picked up in worse condition from initial pick up/delivery. The RV requires a class 3 or 4 hitches, 7 pin round tow plug, and brake controls. Both grey and black tanks are to be dumped or there will be a $100.00 clean-out fee. This is a no-smoking camper. Anyone found to have done will forfeit their entire security deposit. Pets are not allowed: deep cleaning fee - $175 ** Pick up is at 10 am no time later and drop off is between 10 am-12 pm. The living area features a TV and sound bar that can blue tooth to your smart device and can project to the outdoor speakers with the push of a button! Plenty of LED lighting, USB outlets, and standard 110 outlets all over the camper. Cozy up next to the fireplace with some coffee or hot chocolate on those cool Summer/Fall nights! The outside of the camper features a beverage fridge and a griddle cooktop as well!
