The propane gas tank will be full upon pick up; we expect that you drop off with the tank being full. 3. The RV must be returned in the same condition it was picked up to avoid damage fees. We will ensure that the pickup and drop-off forms are filled out correctly to protect both parties. 4. The RV must be returned clean on the inside and out. If you would like, you can add the optional fee for the outside cleaning. 5. The grey and black water tanks will be empty upon pick up. The fee for tank dumping is required. 6. Pet Fee and Cleaning Pet Fee will be added to the bill if, upon return, the pet's hair and trace elements are found inside the motorhome. 7. There will be a $300 fee if the motorhome is returned extremely dusty/dirty/stained. 8. Not available for towing. 9. This Motorhome requires the renter to purchase the platform insurance. No exceptions. 10. Not authorized to the Burning Man event! 11. Pet fee is applied to all service animals. You just need to provide the food and your personal belongings. The freshwater tank is full, batteries are charged, 1 propane tank is full (other may be less), and the fridge will be cold. We are excited to share our 2017 Thor four winds. Our motorhome is small enough that a person who has never driven an RV, will easily get the hang of it. You are well under the length limit that some of the national parks impose on RVs. It’s great for 2-6 people to sleep. King bed over cab, queen bed in the back and kitchen table conversion to a twin size bed. If all adults 5 would probably be the max. We would happily pick you up at the airport, for a fee listed below. We have many different items we can lend out including a bike rack, inflatable kayak, BBQ grill, camp chairs, and much more under the provision you break it( or damage), you replace it. Please don’t hesitate to ask if you need anything else and we will do our best to accommodate. The Rv Comes with towels and linens for the queen bed. We can also provide a flat sheet for above the cab bed and a couple of blankets. We provide simple cleaning items and basic cookware with plates and cups. We do expect the RV to be treated like it’s your own and returned clean. Our Rv comes with a TV and an adapter for your phone to watch your favorite shows/movies. Things break while on a trip. We do our best to keep everything maintained. We will accommodate the best we can and are available 24/7 to trouble shoot any issues you may have. This 2019 has all the upgrades you can imagine. It is a huge step up from your standard base models. You will be hard pressed to find a better, more comfortable class C in the area. The list of upgrades is long but there are some key highlights that will make you want to book a trip in this RV. The layout, you will find ample space even when the slides are in and you're driving down the road. RV seat belts for 8 and can even accommodate a child's car seat. Leather on all the seats makes clean-up a breeze. The interior TV is hooked up to a 1000 watt inverter so you can watch movies while on the move without running the generator. There are 3 TV's, 2 inside and 1 outdoors. The large rounded dinette allows the whole family to sit at one table while eating meals. Having the kitchen prep area on one side of the RV makes meal preparation a dream as there is ample counter space. People may not recognize this as an extra feature right away but once you pull into a campsite you soon realize why it matters. This vehicle is equipped with an outside TV with radio/bluetooth/ DVD/bluray player. There is also an outside table/meal prep area equipped with running water. You can also hook up your portable BBQ grill to the RV propane tanks to cook and eat meals outside while enjoying nature. We supply a wide array of cooking supplies, pots and pans, utensils, dishes, and bedding. The bathroom is large and private for RV living and the master bedroom has tons of storage. The Master bedroom has a queen size bed with an upgraded mattress. Toilet is porcelain, not hard plastic.
