If you would like, you can add the optional fee for the outside cleaning. 5. The grey and black water tanks will be empty upon pick up. The fee for tank dumping is required. 6. Pet Fee and Cleaning Pet Fee will be added to the bill if, upon return, the pet's hair and trace elements are found inside the motorhome. 7. There will be a $300 fee if the motorhome is returned extremely dusty/dirty/stained. 8. Not available for towing. 9. This Motorhome requires the renter to purchase the platform insurance.
